1/2 chicken breast
Open tortilla chips. Place goods a top. Close tortilla chips. Put in sandwhich press. Enjoy!

So I just went for a run today…

Mid-run I was exhausted and I leant against a lamppost, sweating and panting. A boy who looked about 5 years old, came up to me and asked “are you tired?”. I nodded and he said, “keep running, and you’ll be done quicker”. Legit, how sweet. The kid knows his stuff.

Ran 3.5 miles in 40 minutes. Terrible timing but since I havent actually run that far in about three weeks, I suppose it is alright. Just ate a slice of bread with some chocolate spread… do’nno why, just did. Sigh. My life has been shit this week. Get me away from it.
